You are important to us and our goal has always been to provide quality family-friendly services at competitive rates. In order to best serve you and provide an even better Internet service experience we have made an agreement with TulsaConnect, a highly respected and locally owned Internet Services company, to manage the services we have been providing to you.

TulsaConnect is a family owned Tulsa-based business that has been serving the needs of both residential and business customers since 1996. In addition to traditional Internet access services, they also provide commercial Data Center, Web Hosting, and High-Speed DSL service.

By moving to TulsaConnect, we are able to offer you:

  • Professional network and server infrastructure for increased reliability and performance.

  • Local, experienced technical support when you need it with no hold times.

  • Connections to multiple high speed Internet backbones to ensure maximum uptime.

  • Multiple Data Center locations right here in Tulsa ensuring maximum uptime for our web hosting and Co-location customers.

  • High-Speed DSL service in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and the surrounding areas.

  • Upgraded anti-spam/anti-virus scanning for your hosted E-mail.

  • Upgraded web hosting capabilities.

It is our goal to make the transition to TulsaConnect as seamless as possible. Most of you will not need to do anything to start enjoying the benefits of TulsaConnect. In the event that some changes need to be made, we will contact you with the details of those changes.

We are excited about this transition as it will mean good things for FamilyNet customers. We anticipate that there will be questions about this transition and have attempted to address some of these on the follow page. Questions about the Transition

  1. Why are you moving to TulsaConnect?

We needed to expand our ability to provide reliable Internet services to our customers. TulsaConnect was selected because they have the proven technical expertise, commitment to excellent customer service, and solid network infrastructure that we deem necessary to provide a level of support that our customers need.

  1. Will I need to do anything?

Most of you will not need to do anything to start enjoying the benefits of TulsaConnect. In the event that some changes to your settings need to be made, we will contact you ahead of time to discuss and implement these changes.

  1. Will my bill stay the same?

Yes -- TulsaConnect will bill you at the same rate that you currently pay.

  1. Will I be able to keep my E-mail address?

Yes -- Your E-mail address (e.g. yourname@familynet.net) will stay the same. This also applies to our business customers with their own domain name (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com).

  1. Will I still be able to use the FamilyNet Filter?

Yes, TulsaConnect will provide filtering.

  1. Once the transition is made, who do I contact for support?

TulsaConnect Support can be reached at 918-295-6439 Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 8:00PM or via E-mail at support@tulsaconnect.com. After hours support is available for web hosting and Co-location customers, details of which will be provided to you later. You may also visit the TulsaConnect crew at their offices in downtown Tulsa, which are located at 321 S. Boston Ave, Suite 601, Tulsa, OK 74103.

  1. When will the switch happen?

Our goal is to complete the transition by March 1st, 2008. We will keep in contact with you as things progress.
